Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel provides a clean and spacious room suitable for two people; however, the initial room had small chairs more suited for a child's desk. The service was a mix of unhelpful behavior and friendly assistance. The location was excellent for accessing various tourist attractions. The dining experience offered a variety of breakfast options, with some standout choices. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in service and room amenities.
My stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were brand new, very comfortable, and had a decent size. The only downside was that it was a little warm and had rather basic beds with no heating control. The service was top-notch; the staff was very young but incredibly helpful and polite. The location couldn't have been better, close to Nyrtov square for easy train access to the Airport and just a block from the Nyhavn canal street. The dining experience was good early in the morning with a huge selection of items constantly replenished. Overall, a great value for the money!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms, while clean and comfy, felt a bit dated. However, considering the expensive dining options in the area, having breakfast included turned out to be great value. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city's main attractions.
The hotel's room was clean and modern but lacked personality; however, it was still comfortable. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist with guests' needs. The location was ideal, close to key attractions and public transportation. Dining offered a nice variety but was somewhat disorganized. Overall, a decent option for those seeking a convenient stay in the heart of Copenhagen.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms, though small, were functional and nice. However, they looked quite different from the pictures and had an old and smelly carpet. The service was pleasant and helpful, but there were some areas where improvements could be made. The location was excellent for exploring the city, but there was a downside with the internet connection. The dining options were good but had some room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is just perfect, close to the metro station and only a few minutes away from Nyhavn and all other sightseeing spots, bars, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly polite and efficient, providing excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable, and had enough space for three friends. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of cooked and continental choices. Overall, a fabulous experience with great value for money.
